Meet the CBC Team
Lyndsay and Ryan met in Colorado in 2014. They started CBC Inc and built over 30 new construction homes and 25 renovations over the last 8+ years together. In 2023, they relocated to Georgia and began serving clients in Union and Fannin County.
Ryan Bender
Ryan has built custom homes in some of the country’s harshest environments and facing some of the most challenging building sites to provide the clients with an unparalleled product and view. Ryan has 20+ years of management experience and 8 years building homes together with his wife, Lyndsay.
Lyndsay Bender
Lyndsay is an accomplished home designer with an eye for detail who is not afraid to push design boundaries to achieve an amazing end result. Lyndsay has over 16 years of experience.
